The first copy has some handwritten notes. The only difference in the second copy is the updates noted in the beginning (dated October 8, 2010). The sixth and seventh paperclipped bundles are titled "Notes on New Novel: How to Tell the Story of the Autistic Little Boy." The first bundle has more handwritten notes on it, but the printed material seems to be the same. The eighth bundle is titled "Last Scene of Who Goes with Fergus (7/24/2008), with page numbers and no handwritten notes. The ninth bundle is titled "Notes on Shelter Island," and has some handwritten notes.
