This document is a double-sided typed printed document of what appears to be spliced together pieces of The Learning Room. The document pages are numbered 197 to251. It jumps to various chapters, includes their pages numbers and snippets from the text. Several chapters are entitled "Fragments Cut from Partial Draft of Ch. _."

One article from the New York Times, entitled "Navigating Love and Autism," from December 26, 2011. This article is presumably a reference for The Learning Room.

One double-sided printed partial draft of The Learning Room (pages 1-192). Text stops abruptly. There are no edits.

A collection of handwritten notes about The Learning Room. Includes notes on specific chapters and queries and a page-by-page breakdown of all edits made. Also included in the folder is a copy of the Shelter Island Reporter, on which John Callahan made a note: "See pp. 20, 22 for info on paper's circulation and the masthead The date of the paper is September 25, 2008.

One single-sided printed full manuscript draft of The Learning Room (pages 1-333). The post-it note on the front of the manuscript reads: "Full ms. Front and back (1-333)*. Sent to Moyers December 1, 2010. *breaks off at p. 61, missing p. 62, part of ch. 6." These page issues are marked on the document. There are few edits.

This folder includes various copies of several chapters (primarily 6 and 11). The page paperclipped to the folder reads: "2) pp. 151-163: edited version read at LC, 3/30/11. 1) pp. 75-80 with and without pencil edits. 3) pp. 231-242; pages edited but not read at 3/30/11 reading." Half of the printed copies are single-sided, the others are double-sided. Handwritten edits begin at approximately page 153 onwards.

This folder includes various copies of chapter 17, with handwritten edits. It is a mix of double-sided and single-sided printed pages. There is also one page of handwritten notes after page 312, numbered as 312a. The note at the front of the folder does not match the folder's contents. It reads: "TLR Full manuscript chs 1-18, pp 1-333, Dec 2010."
